The following two points are the most common problems encountered in the operation of bag making machine

1. How to deal with contents leakage or deterioration caused by incomplete heat seal of bag-making machine?

Reason: the film anti-pollution heat sealing is poor, mainly because the resin used in the inner sealing layer is not suitable.

Countermeasure: Use anti-pollution heat sealing film. In general, LDPE has moderate anti-pollution heat sealing property, EVA has good anti-pollution heat sealing property when the VA content is large, LDPE also has good anti-pollution heat sealing property, ionic resin and metallocene polymer have excellent anti-pollution heat sealing property.

2. What should we do if the seal of the bag making machine is brittle or broken?

Reasons :(1) the heat sealing temperature is too high; (2) Too much pressure; (3) the heat sealing time is too long; (4) the edge of the upper sealing device is too sharp or the coated PTFE is damaged; (5) the bottom sealing silicone rubber is strong; (6) in the process of composite and curing, a part of the adhesive into the film. Due to the penetration of the adhesive, the toughness (impact resistance) of the substrate decreased, and the brittleness increased. (7) after cooling and placing, the thermal sealing strength of the plastic composite packaging bag increases, and it also tends to become brittle.

Countermeasures :(1) According to the heat sealing characteristics of the inner sealing material, choose the appropriate processing temperature, pressure and heat sealing time; (2) improve the surface state of the upper heat sealing knife, so that the surface of the sealing device is smooth; (3) with PTFE cloth covered in good condition; (4) choose the right hardness of silicone rubber pad.
